This comprehensive and practical learning program is offered in four stand-alone modules, which can be taken in sequence or on an individual basis. They comprise of best practice, supporting techniques and practical knowledge taken from the experience of numerous real-world projects. Included is the practical application of mapping, analysis, and improvement techniques followed by carefully crafted exercises and case studies designed to reinforce the techniques and enhance skills. Units 1 and 2 also have an optional assessment exercise to be completed outside the classroom, which is marked and certified by Monash Professional.
