Overview
This course is designed to provide practical hands-on experience using software
application packages to produce a set of process maps and data models. These tools
allow for both decomposition of information from process, sub-process to activity levels,
in addition to maintenance of linkages enabling drill through changes to be made
efficiently.
This is part of the Monash Professional Business Process Analysis and Optimisation
course, comprising ten days instructor led training. Tools for Process & Data Modellers
is the fourth unit and can be taken in conjunction with:
 Unit 1: Process Mapping, Analysis and Modelling
Unit 2: Data Modelling
Unit 3: Business Process Metrics Software
